Gators UNIDOS in partnership with ESPN SEC Network and the University of Florida highlighted 4 Florida student-athletes to discuss their journeys to collegiate athletics and emphasize how their Latinidad contributes to their respective sports Women's Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer and Football.

"A lot of universities are becoming Hispanic serving institutions. The future is Latino."

The founder also feels that being a "Latino Gator" is a culture within a culture and it has created a sense of family.

Entre los productos están franelas, suéters, gorras y pines con las frases “Del Swamp pa’ lante,” “Vamos Gators” y varias versiones de Gator alumno, mamá, papá, abuelo y abuela.

When walking into the UF Bookstore at the Reitz Union, next to the Lululemon Gator apparel and the usual UF merchandise, a new collection stands out. From “Vamos Gators” t-shirts to the “Communidad” hat, the new Gators Unidos collection represents the University of Florida’s diversity and rich Latino culture.
